Program Eligibility: The MyAlcon Together Patient Support program is provided by Alcon Inc. and is available to people with a valid ROCKLATAN® (netarsudil and latanoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.02%/0.005%, RHOPRESSA® (netarsudil ophthalmic solution) 0.02%, or SIMBRINZA® (brinzolamide/brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic suspension) 1%/0.2% prescription or sample.
